  Pros

  It could monitor bandwidth usage realtime. Even has statistic on how much you've uploaded or downloaded for that day, hourly! Unbelievable for a freeware! <p> <p>You could set the program to shutdown windows if the bandwidth either upload/download decreases by a specific value. <p> <p>If you get the hang of it, you could setup you're RAS configuration automatically at start-up if you're Router has login/password. <p> <p>It also has NetStat, Ping & NetRoute which is just an extra but not of a significance.

  Cons

  It's complicated to be honest, for an average user you wouldn't understand most of the features included like NO-IP, SMTP, DNS, FTP, RAS configuration. Almost like you've been bombarded with internet related configuration without any help topic nor online help (if there's any then its probably french). <p> <p>It has an atomic clock but doesn't seem to work. <p> <p>Chat seem to work but rather an odd one. Just try it.

  It installed okay. I ran it and skipped all the questions and went to bed. Next time I could not enter any info. It tried to run w/o info and does not do anything? I could not find any thing to click to correct situation. Uninstall seems to keep a copy of my null configuration to screw the next install. Based on some of the reports is should be okay if it's set up right 1st go.

  Very fast network tools including traceroute, whois, ping, netstat and more. Small program yet powerful. Best: It's free ! Installs easy in english or french and does not require rebooting. Nice!
