Canadian Ping Monitor is a small network utility for Windows machines. You can ping up to 30 domains simultaneously and compare response times. You can set the application to send you e-mail alerts periodically or when the ping success rate is too low. Users can add and remove domains from the ServerList.txt file included in the pack.
