Calmony for iOS

This app has been designed to help you to manage, challenge and tackle your anxieties in a safe, supportive manner by utilising a variety of mindful activities.

All the activities within the app have been successfully used with clients in lowering anxiety levels while helping them to understand their anxieties better.

Each activity looks at anxiety in a different way. Some help you reflect on what your anxieties are and why you have them, some on ways in which you can tackle or challenge these anxious thoughts, some on focussing on a more positive mindset. They can be used independently or all together depending on what you feel will help you most.

Each activity has a 'How to use' section which explains what the activity does, how it can help you and how to use it. If you have any questions or are interested in one-to-one anxiety management sessions (in person or online), please feel free to contact us at calmony@kiteconsultancy.co.uk .

About Kite Consultancy

Kate Gummett has a Bachelor of Education Degree in Literacy, Numeracy and Special Educational Needs, and worked for 7 years in mainstream and special schools as a teacher before leaving to become a full-time mum.

Since her son was born in 2010, she has completed a Certificate in Psychology, a Masters in the Psychology of Education, a Diploma in Mindfulness for Children and another in Child Counselling. She has also worked as a coach for a behaviour initiative (supporting teachers in the classroom) and been a governor at her sons school since 2013.
