Callwave account management and customer service are crab! :(
waseemchamma
Pros
I liked it when I started that I can send txt using unicode which supports multilanguages
Cons
I used other services with callwave, and I'm completely dissapointed, they cancle and suspend your account without notification, and when you complain there's no body to talk to or complain who can understand you.

The disconnection and suspension of my account was excused to be a new policy of international users without notification to the user, or warning, and when I asked them why didn't you tell me so I can backup my data they said sorry we missed that! what a crab service!

more importantly they delete all of your records and deny to hand it back to you (as history of transactions).

very disappointed and would warn everyone who's trying to use them. :(

Okay, but there are other alternatives

Pros
Call wave is nice, but after awhile they make you subscribe to keep the number and pay a monthly fee. Grand Central is an alternative and so far, it is free
Cons
Summary
Clear interface and simple to use, but not free outside North America
Pros
CallWave makes it quick and simple to send text messages almost anywhere in the world. In the USA and Canada, messages are free to send. Delivery seems reliable and fast.
Cons
Until recently, Callwave offered a limited number of free SMS messages to be sent each day if you are outside the USA and Canada (e.g. from Germany to Italy). Now, you have to buy credits. It's a shame, because there are other services which offer free as well as low-cost) messages in Europe.
