Bytessence UserbarGenerator is a freeware program created to help you generate userbars for uses them as forum signatures. It is to shorten the design process so you don't have to use complicated drawing programs and still get your userbars. It offers many image effects and supports 32-bit alpha-blended graphics and offers total control over the userbar creation process. It can also run off an USB memory stick. It includes many scan line/highlight effects, customizable opacity/scale/position parameters for layers, and save or load project support.
