You can get Button Savior (Root) for your device although I think it is not really needed because this App can simulate all hardware keys supported by newer Android system already.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO UNINSTALL
You need to disable screen off feature first. To disable, go to setting/location secuirty/device admin to remove Button Savior from the list.
