A project activity planner and a monthly calendar sheet of the current month are also provided along with the meeting agenda sheets.The Monthly Calendar sheets provides a checkmark feature to help track the business activities on a daily basis for the entire month, and to capture key details and add notes. The Activity Planner includes the following sections:Activity Organizer - Add and edit key activity details like scheduled time, activity description, organizer and notes.Invitation Details - Add and edit invitation details for the meeting like number of members invited, their confirmation, status of invitation using checkmarks, venue details and notes. Urgent/ Important Contacts List - Add and edit contact details like name, phone, email, street address, city and ZIP code.Activity Budget in terms of money- Add and edit details like activity name, budget planned, actual amount spend, and the leftover amount.Activity Budget in terms of time - Add and edit details like activity name, time allocated, actual time spend, and the leftover time.Entering data is simple. Tap on the cell to edit and add the text. Locally save your team meeting and activity budget planner as a file, and re-use it with minimal changes.
