  Pros

  No installation required, works with Vista, no menus, dialog boxes. Choose the target directory, indicate which image type to convert and what type to convert to, press Start.

  Cons

  It could be a little faster, but other than speed I can't thinik of any negatives.

  Summary

  I needed a utility to convert Tiff files to Jpeg format without a lot of bells and whistles, and this utility provides this ability to me. The author did a great job in providing a easy to use, competent application and he has my thanks.
