Big Bang for the Buck!

Pros
Buildium is feature-rich and comparable to packages costing twice as much. The designers know what a property manager needs and they provide it. This software simplified every process in my office and it keeps getting better. From tracking units to collecting rent to providing professional owner reports, Buildium does it all. I am set up to receive tenant payments online and already have about 50% of my tenants using it! Owner reports are professional and I like the ability to pay them electronically. Best of all is the customer support. Some companies actually charge for this! Buildium typically responds to a trouble ticket within minutes, not hours. They have a forum for suggesting improvements or new features and you can vote on suggestions from others. And, of course, you can always pick up the phone. Customer support is the #1 reason I stick with Buildium!
Cons
The program ALWAYS does what I need it to do, but I sometimes require a work-around. I would like upgrades or improvements to be implemented faster, but this is a VERY small complaint.
Summary
The bottom line: I tested five major programs before settling on Buildium. It had the best bang for the buck and has proven itself time and again. The newest version just keeps getting better and I'm really impressed with the number of features added lately. But most importantly, I like Buildium because they are very responsive and truly care about keeping the customer happy.

Pros
Easy to use and your customers will love you for it because it is very transparent. It will make your more productive and eliminate time wasting tasks associated with property management.
Cons
My competitors can purchase the same thing. :-)

Buildium provides a way for a property management company to have a professional appearance on the web, and off with its great reports.
Cons
The only con is it does not integrate with Quickbooks.
