Browse Volumes Lite has two components, a contextual menu plug-in and Launch Items Menu. A contextual menu plug-in, allows users to browse through the mounted disks (harddisks, CD-ROMs, or network disks), folders and files. It provides an easy way to open files and folders. If you select documents on the desktop, you can ask an application listed on the Browse Volumes menu to open those selected documents. The menu will be appear on most applications that support Mac OS X contextual menus. Launch Items Menu allows users to open files and folders from the menu bar. It can also act as an application switcher. The Launch Items Menu will appear on the menu bar of all running applications, therefore, users can access the module from any applications, including applications which do not support the Mac OS X contextual menu.
