TERRIBLE customer service! Was insulted when I tried to activate the software I mistyped the serial number in the email I sent and was also accused of sending a serial number that was not generated from the program.
Summary
Don't be fooled by the toll free numbers! This is a ONE MAN operation who clearly can't handle dealing with customers. Great program, sucky service.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Jul 20, 2011<p/>Have now received my product key and am satisfied.

The reports are little annoying when trying to read the last customer on the page of ,let's say "movies due today always the the last member on the page has either his acc number missing or it's half way through what's out

Very good interface easy to navigate it's a great improvement from the previous app and the reports are clear except for the last member or movie on the repots list the one your chasing seems be half here and half there.The tracking of inventory is to second none all movies and customers history is easy to see, so if a customer wants a particular movie you can trackdown easily.

poor ratting when it comes to help. i have the product for 3 years and my Data base gets bigger and the program stops running, It is very difficult to get help from Boachsoft. even if you offer to pay.

I wish they can help me faster when my Data Base get inoperable, one time tokk them more than one month to fix it. can any body exept them help with my DB?
