Bitmap To Icon is a utility that loads a bitmap into memory and allows it to be saved or appended as an icon as long as it is in one of the following formats. Supported sizes include: 16 x 16 pixels, 32 x 32 pixels, 48 x 48 pixels, 64 x 64 pixels, 72 x 72 pixels, 128 x 128 pixels, 256 x 256 pixels. Color Depth: 1-bit - 2 colors, 4-bit - 8 colors, 8-bit - 256 colors, 24-bit - 16 million colors. You can also specify a transparent color to create a mask that will allow portions of the icon to be transparent.
