BinEditor Personal for Windows

BinEditor is a Windows application which allows viewing, searching, and editing binary files. It has hexadecimal and text windows to display binary file content and a separate window which displays values of the standard types. BinEditor provides fast 64-bit navigation, binary and text searches, binary and text edit. It has a convenient tabbed design and can open simultaneously many extremely large files, requiring very little memory for that.
