Pros
I want to transfer my songs from my iPod to iPad. It helps successfully transfer songs from my iPod to my computer, which is pretty nice. However, when I transfer the songs from computers to my iPad, it shows I have to use the iTunes.
Cons
It seems that it does not support directly transferring files from iPod to iPad.
