Once you're satisfied, it's just a simple in-app purchase (that's less than a cup of coffee) and you can unlock all the new features. For existing users, you can unlock these new features for free (make sure you have the previous version of BeFIT installed)! **BeFIT is the ideal app for anyone wanting to track and monitor their fitness to help themselves get into shape and stay in shape!It's designed to let you go about doing your exercising with the least amount of work on your part. Simply setup your exercises, the workouts they are included in, and then each time you want to hit the gym, go for a run, or whatever exercise works best for you, just start a new session of that workout. You'll get instant feedback the second you enter data to let you know how you're tracking against previous sessions.Ever been to the gym with another app and can't find the exercise you're looking for? Unlike other apps, we don't try to assume what exercises you should be doing, it's up to you to create your own workout plans and exercises (which is great if you have a personal trainer). You get complete freedom to customise your workouts and exercises as much, or as little as you like!
