Add the Invasion of the Philippines map to the retail version of BF1942.
This patch is primarily a content upgrade which modifies the Japanese and US forces in the Pacific Theater. It also introduces a new map, Invasion of the Philippines, for the Pacific. This patch also includes a fix for the CD-Swapping issue introduced with 1.45.
