Barcode Batch Separator allows the user to take full advantage of the copier's speed when scanning. Currently if a user is scanning a batch of files they need to scan one file at a time. With Barcode Batch Separator they can stack the files and scan it as one large file at full speed eliminating the starting and stopping after each file. This document imaging tool separates the large file into smaller ones every time it finds a barcode separator page. Allowing for increased employe efficiency by saving time and making it easier to prepare files for inclusion into a companies document management software program.
