Constantly drops connection, must power cycle spa

when it works, which is only about one or two days, it's nice.

Constantly drops connection. You must power cycle your spa to make connection again. Little to no support. Balboa will contact you back, but they will tell you, that only you are experiencing this problem. Read reviews on the Internet. This is common to their product.
Summary
Before they upgraded the software in either July or August, it did work much better. I'm running the latest version now. Maybe it was the IOS upgrade that ruined things, or Balboa upgrade. I have to power cycle my spa every other day so it will reconnect to this app. I went and bought a dedicated access point, set it up about 25 feet from the spa. The access point is setup right beside the outside window. Nothing but a window and 25 feet of air in between the two. Using my iphone, I can see full strength on the signal while standing beside the spa. Still the same problem. When you contact Balboa that you are having problems, they will tell you that only you are experiencing problems. Everybody else in the world isn't having any problems. Their product doesn't have any flaws, you are doing something wrong. I had their module installed in a Bullfrog Spa. Wasn't cheap. Useless product with little to no support. Read the other reviews. We are all having the same problems.
