Baby Frames for iOS

Baby Frames is a picture-framing app with a baby-oriented theme, allowing you to add cutout frames to your images, drag and drop stickers, and draw on your images with sparkles, stars, and more. The effect is surprisingly good, even if the interface is a bit messy and fails to showcase all of the options for easy access when editing your images.

When you open the app, you'll find a frame home page where you can choose from about 20 free frames, take a new photo, or open one from your photo libraries. Once you've selected and loaded your images into the app, you can start making edits from the sticker menu, draw menu, and crop menu. The editing options are pretty limited, but there are quite a few stickers and drawing options even before the paid unlock of the app, so if you enjoy adding things to your image in cute, rudimentary ways, this app has you covered. The interface is functional, but everything gets jammed into the bottom of the screen and feels cluttered. At the same time, ads will pop up periodically when you go to press a button -- a major issue in free apps like this.

If you enjoy adding frames and stickers to images and have a baby to show off to friends and family on social sites, Baby Frames is a decent free app. It isn't well organized and it lacks a handful of features like in-depth photo editing that would make it better, but as a free app it gets the job done.
