This makes Convene a reliable boardroom solution, enabling corporate secretaries and board members to share, discuss and work on documents in real-time. As a board portal, streamlines the entire board meeting process to save time, effort & cost whilst ensuring accountability and good corporate governance. Formerly called Anywhere Pad, Convene is built on mature mobile technologies and works on iOS (iPad and iPhone) mobile devices. Aside from the mobile app, Convene has a web portal where administrators and organisers can set up and prepare board meetings in one go. The web portal also serves as a centralised and secure file repository. Convene has built-in security features that significantly minimise risks to information through encryption of data in storage or in transit, so secured access to important information is provided anytime and anywhere.
