Nice feature set with movable toolbars.
Cons
No opening of JPG, GIF, etc without full version as well as splash screen on opening and closing. Not so much a con as an "almost best free icon editor".
Summary
If you want to create or edit icons, this is a very nice piece of software. Not too much available to discerne one package from another, but it's easy to use with a nice feature set for free software.
