Awake File allows you to access remote programs and files securely from Desktop Apps. Awake File is a secure Open Source framework which enables developers to easily implement file uploads and downloads through HTTP. Security has been taken into account from the design stage: server side configuration allows specifying strong security rules in order to protect the files. It supports simultaneous sessions from client side and supports files download or upload and RPC calls from Java Threads.
