Select the output of a video file and optimize its size.

Avi Resize Tool presents the AVI file information: frame rate and resolution. You can select the output you desire (VCD, SVCD, DVD). It will calculate the new optimum size relative to your output selection while keeping aspect ratio. for example: suppose we open a movie file (*.AVI) that it's size is 640x352 pixels, and we want to stretch it to "full screen" while keeping aspect ratio for DVD. the result is 720x396 which is the widest possible for DVD (720x480 for NTSC and 720x576 for PAL).

Is this a joke? You pick a file you want to resize, enter its desired size, and then, the only button you can press is one which says "bye bye!". There is no "ok" or "submit" or anything like that. There is only "bye bye!". Which of course, closes the application. I'm under the impression this programme was made as a prank. DON'T BOTHER DOWNLOADING!!

I picked the "input file" and "output options", but there's no "make output file" option. In fact, the only actual button other than the "select file" button closes it. This program does not actually DO anything!

Well it installed super quick.
Cons
But install is all it does, when you put a movie file in there it only tells you the conversion ratio but doesnt actually do anything at all. <p>A waste of time.
