Avi Recompressor version 1.2 is now fully Vista compatable and is a lot more stable than previous releases. With this tool you can re compress an .avi file so the codecs used to compress it can be changed. This can be useful if you have recorded a clip using the wrong codec or if you just want to recompress to a newer version of an existing codec.
