  Pros

  As noted by Bunky7, it was a great product and is currently available from multiple websites including this one. I decided to purchase the program for a new computer and that's where the problems began.

  Cons

  Registration keys that are provided don't work. You are advised to register with an internet link but the link is no longer active. In the program Help drop-down they offer a website link - which takes you to another deadend unrelated to Avex. I bought a CD copy and that registration doesn't work as well. They've screwed me out of about $40 so far so I can't recommend this software. If I found the company, I wouldn't recommend them as well.

  Summary

  Program doesn't work without registration and it can't be registered. It's as simple as that.

  Pros

  I've used this product in the past and loved it, which is why I downloaded it again for my new desktop. If I could give this product a 0, I would.

  Cons

  I purchased this product and received the license code to register the product. It will not let me register. I e-mailed the support address that was given to me in the e-mail I received and it bounces back.

  Summary

• Easy to use. Works well. Good interface.

  Pros

  Very easy to use. Good options. Works as advertised. 2.5 hour movie copied in 30 minutes. Created a 735MB mp4 file.

  Cons

  Very minor bugs (ie, sometimes the Minimize Window button Maximizes instead.) Nothing that interferes with copying. I'd still buy it again.
