Didn't work, Downloaded toxic files

Unfortunately, I can't add any pros.
Cons
-Was not able to find my AVCHD/.mts files on my computer (and as a result, couldn't convert them to MP4 format) -Downloaded Undesirable Adware -Downloaded Applications without my consent -May have infected my computer with other malware/viruses
Summary
Ugh. The program did not work at all and infected my computer. Now, I have been set back during a busy day at work trying to restore my computer and have only made reverse progress. I have learned my lesson and will do better due diligence in the future!
