  Pros

  Works exactly as it should. It runs as a system32 service which is exactly what we needed to automate our processes. Had some issues setting it up, although that was more down to the lack of time I had to devote to it, the software is user-friendly and support is first rate.

  Cons

  If you are not tech savvy you may have some issues with setting printer permissions, but nothing that is not easily sorted via an internet search.

  Summary

  I cannot recommend this highly enough; simple, effective, affordable and does what you expect it to. Once it is set up as a system32 service there is no maintenance unless you want to change settings, which is also a breeze.
