Extremely Bad Glitch

- I downloaded this product in an attempt to see if it could record the sound OUTPUT of my macintosh directly. It could not, but that's not the problem I have. This product has caused my headset to cease functioning. I've change the speaker output from my headset to my speakers and back again. I've tried unhooking the headset changing the setting, hooking it back and changing it back. I've tried restarting and doing these things. Nothing has returned sound to the earphones of my headset. So USER BEWARE.
