With the Assignments Chrome extension, HootSuite users* can assign Tweets and Facebook posts directly from their sites to team members within their organizations, helping them reply to customers more efficiently, more accurately, and with less redundancy. As an extension in the Google Chrome browser, HootSuite's Assignments lets you delegate messages in Twitter and Facebook to your team members when you are away from the dashboard.

With Assignments:

Monitor progression of assigned tasks--including auditing responses for quality assurance.

Ensure no Twitter or Facebook message slips through the cracks--even in the busiest of work environments.

Assign a Twitter update directly from twitter.com or a Facebook wall post directly from facebook.com to any team member, plus include a note for info on following up.

Receive email notifications whenever a new message is delegated, and view assigned messages within a drop down assignment view in the browser.
