AssetManage Enterprise 2015 for Windows

AssetManage Enterprise Asset tracking software provides companies of any size with the ability to manage their fixed assets quickly and easily. Using Microsoft's Windows based operating system along with SQL Server or MySQL.

Assets may be broken down into sub-assets for more detailed tracking. For example, a main asset such as a computer could be broken down into it's components, including the hard drive, monitor and other peripherals. Each sub-asset may have its' own maintenance, depreciation, disposal history and tracking. Up to 16 images of each asset in your inventory as well attach documents such as Excel files and PDF's. If you use a Microsoft Surface tablet, you can use the built-in forward Webcam to take pictures of assets and add additional details.

Disposing of assets is easy. AssetManage Enterprise will monitor the salvage value, date of disposal, and the type of the disposal. With AssetManage Enterprise the depreciation type, length of time, and depreciation amounts, including prior depreciation if applicable. Annual and Monthly Depreciation is calculated. AssetManage Enterprise supports Straight Line, DDB and other common Depreciation methods. Track and record lease, Service Agreeement and Warranty inoformation.
