  I had a problem at first but called their text support. It was toll free and had my question answered. Who gives free text support? WOW I was impressed and purchased the program.

  After installing computer froze up and when I restarted the whole system had crashed and Windows (ME) had to be reinstalled therefore I lost EVERYTHING (3 years worth of compilations) on my computer w/o so much as a slim chance to back anything up! Took 2 days to get my computer up and running again......would NOT recommend to anyone, this was a complete nightmare!!!

  The firewall is the best I have seen. The spyware find and remove is Good! free updates and the pop-up stop is a bonus personally I use the Google Tool Bar but this has an option to add custom pop-up and block some site. Great Value
