The Arivale app puts your data, Arivale Coach, and wellness action plan at your fingertips to better optimize your health. With the Arivale app you can chat with your coach as often as you need, view your health data, see notes from your coach, check off action items, share your meals, trouble-shoot challenges, and share wins with your coach. Staying on track has never been easier.

Sign-in to the app with the same email and password you use for your Arivale Dashboard. After you sign-in, explore the app, send your coach a message, and upload a profile image.
