Product records YouTube at sub hearing level

- They delivered the product, it installed easily.
- Cons
- It didn't work as advertised. They NEVER responded to repeated efforts to get tech support to get it working as advertised. So far NEVER refunded my purchase price. Nothing I did would get it to record at any hearing level. My recommendation it to stay away from this product like the plague.

Easy, and the sound is CD quality

- Easy to use interface and preferences. <p>The 60 trial was enough to tell me that it worked for my purposes and then bought the full version. <p>Note to buyers: The secure sight tells you that if you pay by credit card it might show in Euros (due to "technical reasons"). <p>It gives you an out if you are not comfortable.
