The program has been approved for energy audits of hospitals by the Texas State Energy Conservation office, the largest energy conservation organization in the world.

Very Confusing, very little direction, dont waste your time

Very little description on what each field means. I had no idea of what to put in what field. It was a total waste of my time.

Could be good for an experienced user.
Cons
I installed the program and went to run it and my system crashed. As soon as it rebooted I was prompted to send a message to microsoft that there had a been a major problem. I soon thereafter removed it using the add/remove program function in the control panel.
