I think some people had a problem with the download because--in the list of downloads, the minimum requirements state Mac OS8x-- of course in the detailed description, the correct MRs are listed. I started to download this for my 8.6 and then happened to look again at the details. Since Mac is a safe bet, most people just hit the "download now" link on the main list. If you have already read the MRs then it's likely that you won't look too closely at the details. This is the ONLY reason I would NOT recommend downloading it without taking a close look at the product that clearly states correct information.
