Perfect break reminder software for avoiding RSIs

AntiRSI is the best of the lot of them: * Free * Easy to install and configure * Insistant and obtrusive enough that I actually take my breaks, instead of ignoring or saying "in just another minute" for two hours * Not so fascist that you can't skip or escape from a break if you really have to * Lovely reminder interface, uses the same transparent graphic overlay that is used by the volume up/down/mute keys Really, you don't need to look for another tool!
