AntiRSI is a program for Mac OS X that helps prevent RSI (repetitive strain injury) and other computer related stress. It does so by forcing you to take regular breaks, yet without getting in the way. It also detects natural breaks so it won't force too many breaks on you.

Perfect!

Good work!

Summary
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I have used more than a half-dozen different break reminder utilities, on Mac OS 9/Classic, Windows, and Mac OS X. AntiRSI is the best of the lot of them:
* Free
* Easy to install and configure
* Insistant and obtrusive enough that I actually take my breaks, instead of ignoring or saying "in just another minute" for two hours
* Not so fascist that you can't skip or escape from a break if you really have to
* Lovely reminder interface, uses the same transparent graphic overlay that is used by the volume up/down/mute keys
Really, you don't need to look for another tool!
