Useless and unsupported

When I first got it and ran Windows 7 it worked very well.
Cons
For whatever reasons the error message says that the Youtube URL won't work or the ap cannot connect to the internet. This is something it had done earlier quite well. The support phone number for An Ming is bogus. The emails to support@cucustore.com get me responses that don't work and have already tried. Avangate who serves as a distributor is basically a pass through and takes no responsibility for the lack of support and inferior product.
Summary
Don't waste your time. It is unsupported and it is throwing away your money.

Pros
I wrote the above review. Since after 3 installs and updates, the product works with no problems and works as advertised. If no problems with install - would give 4-5 stars.

Install problems initially. See Pro's.
