If you need to compile a simple GIF banner from images and videos, you might find this tool useful. The interface is awkward for GIF editing, lacking a timeline for instance. You can use images of most common formats, such as BMP, GIF, JPG, TGA, PNG, ICO, and PCX, as well as convert AVI files. You can also extract images from other GIF files, but editing animated GIFs is not supported. Then you set size, order of frames, and frame interval. Pictures that do not fit the set size are distorted. On our PC, Animated GIF Banner Maker had stability problems and failed to convert some GIFs and large AVI files. We would recommend the program for undemanding GIF designers if the price were more in line with its capabilities.

zero stars - Stamps your ani-gif with an annoying message from the company. Useless. What part of "FREE" don't they understand? Likewise, CNET??? (I would NEVER buy from a company that does this!!! )

I like that I can make each frame in a different program and import them in the order of play, press make, then save and have a working gif easily.
Cons
I didn't like that any of the projects I made in the trial were competely unusable due to the "Trial Version" message on the images
