ANAND VIDYA VIHAR SCHOOL for Android

ANAND VIDYA VIHAR SCHOOL pushes the school's ERP data to mobile devices, showing attendance updates, homework entries, and circulars inside a single parent-facing interface. Developed by Parul University Apps for Android and iOS, the app bundles administrative records with parent and student access. It includes an attendance view, daily homework board, exam schedules, digital report cards, a fees module with transaction history, and instant school notifications. The app is aimed at parents, students, and faculty of Anand Vidya Vihar School who need one place for academic updates.

What the app brings into everyday school routines

The app connects administrative records to a mobile view so parents and students can check daily classroom activity. Attendance, homework, timetables, and event notices appear inside the same interface. The Homework section lists teacher entries by class and date while the timetable and calendar show scheduled lessons and school events. This reduces reliance on paper diaries by moving daily classroom notes into the app's central view.

How it supports monitoring academic progress

The app offers a consolidated performance area that aggregates attendance, exam schedules, and digital report cards into a single student profile. The performance dashboard presents timelines and status markers, and the fees module shows transaction history alongside academic records. Key items parents can check include recent grades, upcoming exams, and cumulative presence records, which together form a quick view of a pupil's school standing.

Who can use it and how accessible it is

Access is restricted to Anand Vidya Vihar School's community; login credentials come from the school administration. The primary distribution is through Android, with an iOS build also available. The interfaces separate parent, student, and faculty roles so each group sees relevant items. Because accounts depend on school setup, initial configuration and credential provisioning are required before a household can use the service.

How communications and media are handled

The app posts official circulars and urgent announcements as push notices and hosts a multimedia gallery for photos and videos from school events. Notifications aim to deliver alerts in real time, but user feedback indicates the push system could use improvements to increase timely delivery. The gallery stores event media alongside notices, so families can browse visual records of school activities within the app.

Useful for a school-centered parent community, with one operational caveat

Designed specifically for Anand Vidya Vihar School families and staff, the app makes institutional records available on mobile and fits parents who check updates regularly. The main operational caveat is the current reliability of push alerts noted in user feedback; parents should verify notification permissions and account setup with the school to receive timely notices. For school-bound families, it concentrates administrative communication in a single place.
