I can not do the download that access denied .

Pros
In general terms the program worked fine, until now that has this problem of access denied and lost everything that does not work. I sought help with the developer and not longer has a web page and not your e-mail, so I'm looking for something better than Alpha 2 Player.
Cons
I do not recommend it.
Summary
Not recommended because it has no technical support and only care about money and then not know you, these programmers are those who damage the image of trust and credibility.
