Ugly interface / non-sync'd audio

Seems to have a lot of options.
Cons
Trial version only allows 2 minute videos, thought Download.com does not disclose that info. Audio goes about 3 seconds out of sync after 2 minutes of conversion (in this case from DVR-MS to MPEG2), which makes it useless for me.
Summary
"Free to Try" means it converts only 1/2 of your file.
