Getting started:

For current Internet Banking users:

1. Please call our Contact Center on 19033 to request your Mobile Banking Service activation code

2. You will receive an activation code via SMS

3. Download the application and login using your Internet Banking user ID and password, then enter your Mobile Banking activation code

For new to digital banking services users:

1. Please visit the nearest ALEXBANK branch and fill in the Digital Banking Services application and get your initial pin during your visit

2. Please call our Contact Center on 19033 to activate the service

3. Then you can login using your user ID and initial pin, and Mobile Banking activation code
