  Lots of templates, have a few good basic features.

  Most of the features are not implemented well. The worst part about the program is that the resized images it creates have TERRIBLE qualtiy -- they are grainy, over-sharpened, pixelated, and just look horrible. There is no control over the image resizing - it appears to be set by the template design. There are lots of templates, but most of them have such strong themes that they only are usable to very specific albums, such as underwater, Christmas, etc. The general purpose themese aren't that well done. Another annoying feature is that all of the program windows are fixed size. This is really annoying when you are trying to select your images for the album and the window you select from is a little, tiny window that won't hold more than a few thumbnails while selecting. It took me a total of about 20 minutes experimenting with this program to see that it isn't going to meet my needs.

  This site states that "Additional features include lossless rotation ...", however the program may be able to rotate losslessly, however there is litle point, as the program cannot save the JPEG files that it rotates.

  Of course, Album Creator by Firm Tools is easy, user friendly, and a most productive software for creating digital photo album and slide shows. But it also it gives the registered novice user (like me) the opportunity to use over 125 flash and html ready-made professional templates, where one does not even need to know a thing about flash or html programming. It is the software version of a TV dinner! But the most extraordinary feature I liked and was very impressed with is the superb, timely, friendly, and humble customer-oriented tech support I received. Surprisingly, their attitude was, I am just doing my job to help the Album Creator users. Wow! You do not see this level of service too often! The tech support itself is worth a lot more than the cost of the software, which was not much at all to begin with. And their attitude is priceless. Keep it up!

  Virus detection software report pretty much tells it all: <p> <p>"Zlob is a Trojan. Zlob attempts to hiddenly download and run other files from remote web sites and shows fake error messages. Zlob copies itself to the Windows folder and changes startup and search pages of Internet Explorer."

• A Little Something For Everyone

  Pros

  I tried Fire Tool's Album Creator with a general skepticism. I am totally capable of generating my own web pages and there are a lot of utilities out there to ease the burden - but Album Creator was the proverbial flint to the flame. The templates are extraordinarily easy and most of the free ones (rather than purchase) are the ones you want to use (Although some very cool templates are available for a NOMINAL fee). The development staff is friendly. I reported a problem, and while it was not immediately repaired (which, believe-or-not is a sign of a stable development cycle) someone took the time to explain that the problem has been acknowledged and they provided me with an existing work-around. It is an absolute joy to share the link to my finished site with friends and family. Well done, Firm Tools!

  There isn't a regular batch of new templates (on a regular basis new templates aren't uploaded - it just happens when it happens) and a stand-alone editor (even a third party editor) doesn't exist to allow users to create templates on their own and then install into Album Creator.

This software is simple to use and allows to produce professional albums. <p>It is the best choice to create FLASH/HTML Foto Album. <p> <p>+easy to use. <p>+has all needs functions. <p>+allow to create professional albums. <p>+many Templates. <p>+perfect support (updates).

  Very simple to use, and has many themes/templates to chose from. <p>Walks you through design and FTP is included. <p>You can go back/forward to change your album. <p>Allows you to preview your album, and add descriptions / captions to your photos. <p>A++
