The most distinctive feature in Alarm Clock is its clever tie-in with Apple's ultrapopular iTunes jukebox. When setting a musical alarm, you can browse your PC for an MP3 or click the Use iTunes button. If you choose the latter option, the program displays a pane containing every song in your iTunes library, including those you've purchased from Apple's Music Store. You can change the size, color, and text of the "Wake Up" message that appears when the song starts. Otherwise, Alarm Clock is an unremarkable reminder app with multiple and recurring alarms. Hard-core iTunes junkies may want to have a look; most everyone else can find a more attractive free alarm clock.

Choose any song in your iTunes library to play at a certain time.

New features in this version include: supports multiple alarms, supports recurring alarms, enhanced song selection dialog with sorting and searching and Customizable Wake Up message. Alarm Clock is an alarm-clock application that will interface with iTunes and allow you to choose any song in your iTunes library to play at a certain time.

This functions quite well as an alarm clock hence its name. Since the program invokes iTunes/Quicktime to play the music directly, even DRM songs from the iTunes music store will play without problems. However do not worry if you do not have iTunes, the application also can play MP3 files directly, in which case it will use Windows Media to play the file. Version 2 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
