Akademia Małego Sportowca for Android

Akademia Małego Sportowca, developed by, is an Android application that organizes administration and communication for families of a Polish youth sports academy. It gathers timetables, absence reporting, billing oversight, coach messaging, and activity updates into a single mobile interface, plus push alerts for schedule changes. Designed for parents of preschool and school-aged children as well as the academy's coaches and staff, it helps guardians monitor participation and receive verified notices from local branches.

Acts as an administrative bridge between families and the academy

The application positions itself as a centralized communication and logistics hub, reducing the need for separate emails, paper notes, or phone calls. Its role is to keep guardians and staff aligned on scheduling and organizational updates for the academy's programs, which targets preschool and school-aged participants. This administrative focus supports routine coordination so parents can stay informed about their child's organized activities without juggling multiple channels.

Supports tracking participation and visible activity updates

Parents can record and view participation history and report absences through a dedicated module, which notifies coaches in real time. The platform also delivers photos and videos from sessions via an in-app feed, giving guardians a visible record of their child's activity and progress. These elements create a documented view of engagement that families and staff can reference when reviewing attendance patterns.

Matches a local, Polish-language audience and practical device needs

The interface is optimized for Polish-speaking users and is aimed specifically at the academy's enrolled families and personnel, which limits its relevance outside that community. Distribution is through the Google Play Store for Android devices, so families using other platforms may not access the same administrative features. The developer ties the tool closely to the academy's branches, reinforcing its local orientation.

Delivers scheduling, billing oversight and direct communication features

The application includes an interactive calendar for class times and venue details, a billing module to monitor membership fees and statuses, plus direct messaging between guardians and coaches. Push notifications inform users about cancellations or venue changes, while a news feed publishes announcements and multimedia from activities. These elements concentrate administrative tasks in one place for enrolled families and academy staff.

Practical for enrolled families but limited beyond the academy

Akademia Małego Sportowca is a practical option for parents and guardians associated with the academy who want clearer oversight of their child's organized activity and administrative matters. Its local Polish focus and Android-only availability make it less useful for non-enrolled families or households on other platforms. For academy participants, the tool supports day-to-day coordination; for outsiders, the app provides limited value.
