Pros
I had three different PDF files to convert to Word, two with images, one with tables. Each of the output files keeps all the formatting of the text, which looked really good. The images and tables were preserved, too.

Generally speaking, it is a nice PDF conversion software. It's very fast to convert my PDF files to .docx and .xlsx documents. This software uses the excellent OCR technology to ensure superior conversion accuracy and provide quality results.

I have not found it yet.

Pros
Aiseesoft makes attractive programs, and this one is no exception. It's quick and easy to use. I tried to convert one of my PDF file to word. It did give me a nice result and lost no formatting.

I used to convert PDF to a PowerPoint file with this PDF Converter. Yet it offers more than just PDF to PPT conversion. That is the important point.

Aiseesoft PDF Converter has better OCR mechanism in compare with Aimersoft PDF Converter, Wondershare PDF Converter and ReadIris.
Cons
OCR mechanism can't be turned off (Aimersoft PDF Converter has special switch on main window for this purpose). Therefore, if a page in PDF document is image, it will be transformed into text in every case, what is not always necessary.
Summary
If you're converting scanned PDF document to text then Aiseesoft PDF Converter is a best choice. However, if PDF contains text along with scanned pages, conversion speed will be slightly less then if using Aimersoft PDF Converter. Although, it's only my opinion. In general, it's good program.
