Frustrating amateur software

Pros
If you want to watch an entire movie from beginning to end without changing anything, this software may work okay for you.
Cons
The interface is horrible and unprofessional, very frustrating. I'm surprised that a Mac magazine is actually encouraging owners of Macs to purchase this amateur software. For example, if you are watching a disk with several episodes on it (as every tv show will have), you'll simply get a list of the lengths of the episodes, such as 0:45:13:23, 0:46:16:18. Good luck guessing what order you need to play them in, as the company admitted to me that there's no way to know by looking at the list. If you stop the show and want to continue at a future time, it won't remember where you were. When watching on full screen, you can't access the menu to pause or stop the program without minimizing the screen. There is no fast forward or rewind that works, other than to the next chapter. You can drag the bar but it won't show you the change in timer, and it will usually lock up the system. Settings/preferences are basically non-existent.
Summary
I asked the company for a refund since I'm really not satisfied. They stated that they don't offer refunds since they offer a free trial. Well, honestly I did use the trial (which btw places a huge "watermark"/banner over the middle of the screen and discourages you from actually enjoying what you are trying to watch) but didn't try every possible functionality of it before purchasing. My fault for thinking the company would care about their customers' satisfaction with their product. Mac owners generally love the user-friendliness of the interface that Mac's offer. This software goes directly against that grain.
It works... to play movies.

Pros
- High quality video - easy to use - played all blu-rays I tried (other players froze or refused to play)
Cons
- Blu-ray menus are replaced with a dull interface. It's fine if you have to watch a movie, but it's almost impossible to watch tv series or extras. - no keyboard shortcuts (not even the space bar to pause/resume) - mouse won't disappear on full screen mode
Summary
Out of all the Blu-ray players for Mac I have tried this is by far the best, but it's nowhere near great. The complete lack of support for the Blu-ray menus is the major issue, making it almost impossible to enjoy series or bonus extras (they are all accessible but you have no idea what you are watching).
I can play my favourite blu-ray movies on Mac.

I was recommended by my friend to use this Mac Blu-ray player software, which works well on my Mac Mountain Lion and even compatible with the new yosemite. I always use it to play blu-ray on macbook air for sharing with my friends and family.

After trying the trial version I purchased this software. It plays my blu-ray movies on mac with better quality than my previous player. Play my HD video with full screen. Great app.

It runs well! This product helps me play my favorite BD disc on Mac. I enjoy the movie "The Pacific" with this perfect software. I 'm quite satisfied with the high quality video and audio effect.
