  Graphics are still quite nice even though the program is somewhat old.

  Great program for empire builders and has enough combat action to keep you on your toes.

  Pros

  I love the fact that you've got to build a civilization while defending yourself from enemies.

  Cons

  The enemies seem to attack before you've really gotten anything established. If I can't field an army that early neither should they.

  Summary

  This game keeps my mind busy which is something that is hard to do. I can concentrate on it and specifically my tactics for winning the war that inevitably comes. My favorite is start off with an ally and put all of my troops in his lands and then declare him an enemy. By the time the computer has caught up I have wiped him out and have his resources. I don't like the way that the soldiers are so single minded that they don't defend themselves when attacked if they are already attacking a building.
