  The software is not compatible with Windows 7 (service pack 1), and parts of it will simply not work.

  Summary

  We got this subscription thinking that this will be yet another step towads moving our small office into cloud computing. The program didn't work from the start. I first had issues with the setup software. It will not install on my computer. I then chatted with a support person on line who then sent me to tech support. The fellow was in India, and tried very hard to please me. After about half an hour of runaround he advised me to cancel my subscription and get the Adobe X Pro instead. The problem seems to be with its incompatibility with SP1 that Windows 7 has released. Microsoft has come up with a hotfix, but it is apparently not working. You will not be able to use the Print function from the menu bar and directly print a doc to PDF. The PDF printer in this case simply does not work.
