best adblock for mac and safari

- very effective, easy to use, and actually blocks everything in Safari which was a big issue with other adblockers on mac safari. The only way before to get a proper ad free experience on a Mac was to use Chrome or firefox because adblocker extensions worked better. Now you can stick to Safari and have the same adfree experience without the hassles of memory intensive browsers like chrome and firefox.
